I embarked on this adventure to write a book in 2021 after I experienced one of the toughest challenges I've faced in my life - my beloved Mary Jane (my pup) went missing. I'd had visions of writing a book since we got Mary Jane as a wee eight-week-old-pup as she brought so much joy and adventure into my life, but when she went missing one Summer, I knew I had a story to tell.

Misadventures of Mary Jane: Lost in the Magical Forest is a book based on the real events that fateful Summer. When she went missing, it felt like I had lost a family member. Writing this story is my way of turning that tragedy into something positive and sharing my spirit of hope with new friends. I hope you enjoy my book as much as I enjoyed writing it!
